By using NextSaaS, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Licensing Agreement

NextSaaS grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive right to make use of the boilerplate you have purchased or downloaded.

You are licensed to use the NextSaaS boilerplate to create unlimited end products for yourself or your clients.

By purchasing or downloading any template from NextSaaS, you consent to the terms and conditions of this license on behalf of yourself and your company.

Here's a quick overview of the rights you are granted by the product terms and license:

• You can use the boilerplate to create unlimited personal/commercial projects for yourself and your company.
• You can use the boilerplate to create unlimited projects for your clients, and charge them for your services.
• You can combine the boilerplate with other works and make derivative works from them. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

However, there are certain restrictions:

• You cannot host, resell, or redistribute the boilerplate or derivatives of the boilerplate, like "website builder" or "website starter".
• You cannot share your access to the boilerplates with any other parties.

3. Refunds Policy

NextSaaS does not offer refunds for purchased licenses. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

4. Limitation of Liability

NextSaaS does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the quality or fitness for a particular purpose of the NextSaaS boilerplate. In no event shall NextSaaS be liable to you for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the boilerplate. NextSaaS's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the boilerplate. NextSaaS shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

5. Changes to Agreement

NextSaaS reserves the right to modify or replace any part of this agreement at its sole discretion. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in United States for the resolution of any disputes.
